Our cafeteria was serving Swedish casserole today, so, since lately I have been Swede-curious, I partook. I had no idea what to expect, I had never heard of it before. It looked good, noodles, meatballs, celery....so I ordered it. It was a good, but a bit dry. So I put ketchup on it.
